Phoenix Logistix ( PTY) LTD  was started in January  2024  by,  JEROME JACOBS. He has been in the Shipping Industry (Clearing & Forwarding) for the past 15 years, starting as a customs runner and worked his way up to Exports Manager. He was also Branch Manager for 2 companies he started with his sons as directors. Being A2D Logistics & Bulk Flexi Solutions.  These were purely a fitting depots to various Flexitank Suppliers. using all the skills acquired within this period to start the company. 

He has extensive experience with the exports of bulk wines as well as bottled wines. Flexitanks that was represented as fitting agents Braid /Infinity/LAF/Liquatrans & SIA.  In January of 2025 Jerome transferred ownership of the company  to Leilani and Wilma and is now purely concentrating on expanding their services and concentrating on acquiring new Business and Partners to collaborate with.

Wilma Adams Brings extensive knowledge of HR background for the past 15 years Phoenix Logistix has recently acquired the agency to represent RISHI Flexitanks in Africa as their Sole agent and Representative . Making RISHI Flexitanks the preferred Brand for all our clients wanting Supply & Fit of Flexitanks out of Africa. 

BEE Status The company is 100% BEE Compliant.   Insurance The company has 20 million rand Public Liability and Defective workmanship cover in the event of Claims due to negligence of there staff.    

Core Business Fitting depot for Flexi either at our Kensington depot, or on site, wherever this may be. Phoenix Logistix is unique in that we understand the urgency of the farmer in the event of things going awry due to factors beyond their control, such as the rejection of wine at the Wine & Spirits Board, etc. Due to the efficiency of our services rendered, we are loading bags for quite a few internationally renowned wine farms, offering technical support and loading attendance as well as of refitment if a problem arises with a bag, something which rarely happens. Phoenix Logistix is one of 3 Companies within Cape Town that offers fitment of these Bulk Wine Containers to the wine trade. Because of the manageable size, and the total dedication of every staff member, our operating times are: Monday to Friday – 08h30 to 23h00 (later if arranged in advance), and Saturday times are dependent upon the demands of the farmer, but also with 24 hours prior arrangement. All this at no additional cost to our client or transporters. We can also assist in arranging for reliable transportation of containers from and to point of loading at competitive prices.  Relating specifically to wine, all our transporters have remover codes and sufficient insurance to cover your load, giving you peace of mind that your cargo is safe
